We want everyone to know how we process data, which is why we provide a Privacy Policy that describes how personal data is protected and processed.
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The administrator of personal data collected through the website https://www.devtyped.com/ is DEVTYPED sp. z o.o. with the registered office at Warneńczyka 13/33, 39-300 Mielec, VATID: PL8172215305, NCR: 0001098974, REGON: 528311560, registered in District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, email address: contact@devtyped.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator", who is also the Service Provider.
The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the individuals whose data is being processed, and in particular ensures that the data collected:
is processed lawfully,
is collected for specific, lawful purposes and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
is factually accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, and is stored in a form that permits identification of the individuals concerned for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
§ 2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
Personal data of Service Recipients collected by the Administrator is used for:
contacting the service recipient (client),
informational purposes and other activities related to the Service Recipient's activity on the website https://www.devtyped.com/,
marketing purposes (Newsletter).
The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients:
sender name,
e-mail address,
phone number,
others.
The Administrator may process the following data characterizing the manner of using electronic services by the Service Recipient (usage data):
Identifiers of the telecommunications network termination or IT system used by the Service Recipient (IP address and host).
Information on the start, end, and scope of each use of the service provided electronically by the Service Recipient.
Information on the use of services provided electronically by the Service Recipient.
Providing personal data mentioned in point 2 is necessary for the Service Provider to provide services electronically via the website.
§ 3. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
Using the website and entering into agreements for the provision of services electronically through it, which involves providing personal data, is entirely voluntary. The individual whose data is concerned decides independently whether they wish to begin using the electronic services provided by the Service Provider according to the Terms of Service.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent given to the Administrator in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The processing of personal data by the Administrator is always carried out within the scope of the legal grounds for processing listed in point 2. Data processing will be related to the performance of a contract or the necessity to take action before entering into a contract at the request of the person to whom the data pertains.
§ 4. RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND RECTIFY YOUR DATA
The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and to correct it.
Every person has the right to control the processing of their data contained in the Administrator's data collection, especially the right to request supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, or its deletion if it is incomplete, outdated, false, or collected in violation of the law, or if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

§ 5. COOKIES
The Service Provider's website uses "cookies." Not changing the browser settings by the Service Recipient is tantamount to consenting to their use.
The installation of "cookies" is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. The "cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, especially those requiring authorization.
The website uses the following types of "cookies":
Session cookies: These are temporary files stored on the Service Recipient's device until they log out (leave the website).
Persistent cookies: These are stored on the Service Recipient's device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the User.

The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and the category of data being protected, in particular safeguarding the data against unauthorized access, acquisition by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
The Service Provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.
